Vance C. Evans, Sr. is the Senior Pastor along with his lovely wife Sherry. They resided in the Oak Grove community for over 20 years and now reside in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

With his diverse and unique preaching style, God sent this family to Living Waters in 2008 at a pivotal time in the life of the church. Before coming to Living Waters, He was licensed and ordained to preach the Gospel at New Beginnings Ministry in 2007.

Pastor Evans served as the Youth Pastor from 2009 – 2012 and then was elevated to the office of Associate Pastor in 2012. on June 28, 2020 he assumed the mantel of Senior Pastor.

After exiting the US Army in 1996 with 15 years of military service, Pastor Evans and his wife made the Oak Grove/Clarksville area their home.

Family: Pastor Evans is married to the former Sherry Naylor. They have two sons, Vance C Evans Jr. and Trevale Devon Evans. They have five grandchildren: Jaden, Aviana and Ajani, Trevale Jr. and Emrys Amori.
