Kid's Ministry

The vision that fuels our Kid’s Ministries grows out of Jesus’ words in Mark 10:14, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.”

In the midst of a consuming ministry to adults, Jesus regularly ministered to children. We believe the future of the church depends on effective ministry to kids today.

All Living Waters kid's workers have completed at least one level of Children Ministry Training and have been certified. All kid's workers have been background checked to ensure the safety and security of our kids.

As we come out of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be adding back many of our Kid's Ministries. Listed below are the current ministries available for kids.

Children's Bible Study

Children's Bible Study is designed for children in Pre-K through 5th Grade. Each lesson is written to the appropriate learning and comprehension level for each age group.

Preschool Worship

Seeing that all Scripture testifies about Jesus changes everything about how we understand the Bible—and how we live in light of it.

Nursery

Our nursery provides a comfortable and safe environment for our youngest of children. Even at this young age, an emphasis on learning to love Jesus is stressed. We love our babies.

Renee Coram - Kids Ministry Director

Renee Coram has a passion for teaching and training children. She was an elementary school teacher for 22 years and holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Austin Peay University , and a Master of Arts in Curriculum Design from St. Mary's University. She has been a member of Living Waters since 2004.
