Founding Pastor
David Coram is the founding pastor and served as the senior pastor of Living Waters from 2004 -2020. He passed the mantel of leadership to Pastor Vance C. Evans Sr on July 28th, 2020. Pastor Coram and his wife Renee continue to live in this area and have a real heart for the diverse community in and around Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He now serves as an elder of the church.
